This course covers the topics of universal precautions, proper decontamination procedures, and discusses what exactly bloodborne pathogens are. It is recommended that all healthcare workers and those with an occupational risk of coming in contact with blood take the course.
The certification is valid for 1 year after completing the course and is taught in accordance with the OSHA standards.
